Our goal
بەنزینخانە helps drivers in Kurdistan find fuel stations and electric charging places, see their prices, opening hours and services, and choose where to go, for free and without an account. Station owners use it to keep their own prices up to date.
What we respect
- Your privacy. You never need an account. We do not sell data, and there are no ads and no tracking. The privacy policy says exactly what we keep and for how long.
- Honesty. We show when each station last updated its prices, and we mark old prices.
- Fairness. The same rules apply to every station. A penalty comes only after our admin has checked, and an owner can appeal it once.
- Your language. The app works in Kurdish, Arabic and English.
What we are responsible for
- Keeping the app working as well as we can, and fixing mistakes when we find them or you tell us.
- Protecting the data we keep, and deleting it on time.
- Checking reports and appeals fairly, by the rules in these terms.
- Answering your questions and deletion requests.
What we are not responsible for
- The price you pay. Stations set their own prices, and the price at the pump is the final price. We show what stations and users send, and we cannot promise that every price is right or up to date.
- What happens at a station: fuel quality, service, opening hours, lines, government fuel and chargers are the station's responsibility.
- Decisions you make because of the app, such as a trip or a purchase. Check at the station.
- Other companies' services: the map and directions come from Google Maps, and Google's terms apply to them.
- Losses from using the app, or from the app being slow, stopped for maintenance or having mistakes, as far as the law allows. We provide the app as it is.
Your reports, line status and feedback
- Send only true information, and only when you are really at the station.
- A photo must show only the price board: no people, no car plates.
- Do not write insults, bad words or other people's private details.
- We may delete what breaks these rules and block phones that misuse the app.
- Reports do not change what people see by themselves. Our admin checks problems before any action.
Fair use
Do not try to break, overload, copy or misuse the app or its servers, and do not send false information on purpose, for example with fake locations or scripts.
Station owners and staff
- Accounts are made by our admin (owners) or by the owner (staff). There is no public sign-up.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account, and owners for the staff they add.
- Keep your prices, products and hours true and up to date.
- At the first login, owners accept the station owner terms (honest prices, how problems are handled, penalties and appeals). Those terms are part of these terms.
- A station's time in the app (its subscription) is arranged directly with ayndatech, outside the app.
- We may disable an account or hide a station that breaks these rules.
Keeping data
Old data is deleted automatically: line status and "is a charger free?" answers after 30 days, reports after 30 to 90 days, and everything else (feedback, access requests, report cases, penalties, appeals, change requests, change history and statistics) after 1 year at the latest. Accounts stay until they are deleted. The privacy policy has the details.
Changes
We may change the app and these terms. If we change the terms, we update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the app, you accept the new terms.
